- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
If we receive a counter-notice, we may send a copy to the original complainant and inform them that we may replace the removed content. Unless the original complainant files a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed content may be restored within ten to fourteen business days or more at Tometic’s sole discretion.
